Abstract
Naslov diplomskega dela je Pomen in razvoj prijateljstva pri predšolskih otrocih. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Teoretični del je zasnovan na obsežni strokovni literaturi, ki zajema področje pomena in razvoja prijateljstva med otroki v predšolskem obdobju. Raziskovalni del temelji na hipotezah, ki so oblikovale anketni vprašalnik. Bistvo celotnega diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, ali hipoteze držijo ali ne. Delo v vrtcu, ki je zasnovano na podlagi letnega delovnega načrta, vključuje tudi del, ki je pomemben za ustvarjanje odnosov, med katere sodi tudi prijateljstvo. Vzgojitelj lahko s svojo osebnostjo veliko prispeva k temu, da si znajo otroci poiskati prijatelja v prvih letih svojega življenja. Oboje pomembno vpliva na otroka in na to, kako bo kot odrasel znal ustvarjati dobre in zdrave odnose. Za ustvarjanje ugodnih pogojev, ki pripeljejo do začetka prijateljskih vezi, so odgovorni tako starši kot vzgojitelji v povezavi z neposrednim okoljem. Druženje z vrstniki na splošno in predvsem med igro se je izkazalo kot pomembno pri oblikovanju dobrih in zdravih odnosov. Danes je vrtec prostor, ki daje otrokom vrsto možnosti za povezovanje in navezovanje z drugimi otroki. Od posameznega otroka pa je odvisno, ali bo razvil trajnejša ali kratkotrajna prijateljstva.

The title of this diploma thesis is Meaning and development of friendship of preschool children. The thesis has a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part is based on extensive specialist literature covering meaning and development of friendship of preschool children in the preschool years. The research part is based on hypotheses that have shaped the survey questionnaire. The main aim of this diploma thesis is finding out whether the hypotheses are true or not. A significant part of work in a kindergarten, which is based on an annual action plan, plays an important role in building relationships, friendship being one of them. A preschool teacher's personality can help children find a friend in the first few years of their lives. This has a powerful influence on the child and whether he or she will be able to build good and healthy relationships as an adult. Parents as well as teachers in connection to the immediate environment are responsible for creating favourable conditions that lead to the development of the bonds of friendship. Peer socialization in general and especially during playing turned out to be an important factor in developing good and healthy relationships. Today kindergarten is a place that gives children a number of possibilities for connecting and bonding with other children. However, it is up to an individual child whether he or she will form lasting friendships or whether these will be short-lived. |
