Abstract

Secondary title: Comparison between quantities of takeoff items obtained by two different modes for detached house
Secondary abstract: When creating a inventory of works with premeasurements, we obtain the quantities needed for the construction of a building. Technology in the building design area has undergone significant development over the last few years. As a result, modern software allows us to model 3D representations of buildings where each processed element contains information on the quantities of materials. This thesis presents two different ways of acquiring the quantities of inventory works for the construction of a detached house. The first acquisition method was made with the Allplan software. On a previously created 3D model, we explained the settings of the building element attributes and carried out the extraction of the quantities. The second method of obtaining quantities was executed by observing the rules for computing construction and craft works, based on the rules described for calculating quantities from the construction calculations manual by Štefan Žemve. Finally, based on results acquired from both ways, we displayed a difference in quantities and in the final price.
