Abstract
Skozi teoretični in raziskovalni del smo preučevali problematiko stresa na delovnem mestu. Najprej smo opredelili stres, navedli vrste stresa in opisali njegove faze. Nato smo se osredotočili na stres na delovnem mestu in njegove vzroke. V nadaljevanju smo navedli simptome stresa, predlagali strategije za obvladovanje stresa in njegovo preprečevanje. Opisali smo tudi orodja za presojo psihosocialnih tveganj ter posledice stresa, kot je izgorelost.
V raziskovalnem delu pa nas je zanimalo, kakšno je stanje glede problematike stresa na delovnem mestu v podjetju Elma TT d.d. Ljubljana. Zaposlenim smo razdelili anketne vprašalnike, katere je izpolnilo 50 oseb. Pri anketiranju je sodelovalo 42% žensk in 58% moških, od tega jih je bilo 37 zaposlenih v proizvodnji in 13 v administraciji. Njihova povprečna starost je znašala 48,1 let. Izkazalo se je, da je 98% anketirancev pod stresom. Kot najbolj stresen dejavnik na delovnem mestu so navedli nizko plačo. Pri anketirancih se kot znak stresa največkrat pojavlja pozabljivost/raztresenost, najmanjkrat pa glavoboli. Pri obvladovanju stresa jim v zasebnem življenju najbolj pomaga druženje z družino ali s prijatelji, v delovnem okolju pa razvrščanje delovnih nalog glede na prioriteto.
Ugotovili smo tudi, da podjetje premalo pozornosti namenja obvladovanju in preprečevanju stresa na delovnem mestu. Da bi se trenutno stanje v podjetju izboljšalo, smo na koncu navedli nekaj uporabnih predlogov. Pri podajanju predlogov za izboljšave, pa so bili zelo aktivni tudi anketiranci.

Through the theoretical and research part, we were studying the problem of stress in the workplace. First, we identified stress, specified the types of stress and described its stages of development. Then, we focused on work related stress and its causes. Furthermore, we specified the symptoms of stress, suggested strategies for stress management and stress prevention. We have also described tools for judgement of psychosocial risks and the consequences of stress as is burnout.
In the research part, we were interested in the situation considering the problem of stress at the workplace in the company Elma TT d.d. Ljubljana. We distributed our questionnaires to employees. 50 of the employees filled out the questionnaire. 42% of women and 58% of men participated in the survey. 37 participants were working in manufacturing and 13 in administration. Their average age was 48,1 years. It turned out, that 98% of the participants in the survey are under stress. As the most stressful factor in the workplace, they listed a low salary. In the case of respondents, most often occurs forgetfulness/distraction, most rarely headaches. Socialising with family and friends helps them in stress management at private life, and in the work environment sorting working tasks with according to their priority.
We also found out, that company gives too little attention to managing and preventing stress in the workplace. In order to improve the current situation in the company, we proposed some useful suggestions. When submitting their proposals, the respondents were very active. |
