Povzetek

Življenje je postalo eno samo hitenje, vsi kar naprej nimamo časa, vedno se nam mudi, kar naprej moramo nekaj narediti, se ves čas prilagajati spremembah, učiti nekaj novega, ter kar naprej komu ugajati. Vse to primora k temu, da smo ljudje vedno bolj pod stresom, vsak drugi ima težave z zdravjem in vse to le zaradi stresa. Sploh se ne znamo več umiriti, zadihati in si vzeti čas drug za drugega. Ljudje smo različni, eni so za stres bolj dovzetni, drugi manj, vse je odvisno od tega, kakšen karakter ima kdo in kakšna osebnost nas je zaznamovala. Stres nastaja zaradi obveznosti v službi in zunaj nje, posameznik lahko na vpliv in posledice stresa vpliva, tako da jih redno premaguje in sproti rešuje, si nekaj časa zase in dela, to kar ga veseli. V mnogih podjetjih se trudijo, da bi bili zaposleni manj pod stresom, z raznimi strategijami in programi za reševanje stresa. V magistrskem delu z naslovom Analiza stres pri zaposlenih v podjetju X smo raziskali, kaj zaposlene spravlja v stres, v kakšni meri ga doživljajo, kakšne posledice jim prinaša, ter kako se z njim spopadajo. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, sestavljata ga teoretični del in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo preučili zbrano literaturo o stresu. Zapisali smo definicije stresa, kakšnimi vrstami stresa vse se lahko srečamo in katere modele stresa poznamo. Opisali smo izvore stresa v delovnem okolju in izven njega, preučili kakšne individualne razlike in stres, kakšne posledice stres prinaša in kako se lahko posameznik in podjetje z njimi sooči in jih premaga. V raziskovalnem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika pridobili podatke o tem, kaj zaposlenim v podjetju X povzroča stres, v kakšni meri ga doživljajo, kakšne posledice jim prinaša, ali so pod pritiskom in kako se spopadajo s stresom. Z anketnim vprašalnikom, smo dobili vpogled v to, kaj v največji meri povzroča stres anketiranim zaposlenim, kakšne posledice doživljajo in kakšnih tehnik, metod se poslužujejo za premagovanje stresa. Ugotovili smo tudi, kako imajo v podjetju X razvite programe za premagovanje stresa, ter kako se jih poslužujejo. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov smo preverili hipoteze, katere smo nato potrdili ali zavrnili.

Sekundarni povzetek: Life has become a rush, where we all do not have time, we are always in a hurry, we always need to do something, constantly adapt to changes, learn something new, and always want to please others. All of this makes people more stressed, vast majority has health problems, and all this is due to stress. We do not even know how to calm down, to breathe, and take time for each other. People are different, one is more susceptible to stress, the other less, but everything depends on person's personality. Stress is caused by obligations at work and outside of it; an individual can influence the impact and consequences of stress by regularly overcoming them and resolving them promptly; he takes some time for himself and does what makes him happy. Many companies are using various strategies and programs to tackle stress, so that employees are less stressed. In the thesis entitled The analysis of stress at employees of company X, we investigated what causes stress at employees, how they experience it, what consequences it brings and how employees deal with them. That is why we studied the topic of stress within both theoretical and research work. In the theoretical part we wrote down the definitions of stress, what types of stress we can encounter and which models of stress we know. We described sources of stress in and outside the working environment, we examined individual differences, what consequences the stress brings and how an individual and company can confront and overcome them. In the empirical section we obtained information from the questionnaire which offered the data on the factors that cause stress at employees in the workplace, how much pressure they feel due to the time pressure and pressure of the leaders, the consequences of stress, how they overcome the consequences, and how intense the stress is perceived. With the survey questionnaire we got an insight into what is the main cause of stress for the respondents, what consequences they are experiencing, and which techniques are used to overcome stress. We also found out which programs the company X has developed to overcome stress and how they implement them. On the basis of the obtained results we verified hypotheses and confirmed or refuted them.
