Abstract

Živimo v času vsakodnevnih novosti. Vedno več podjetij se odloča za prestop v oblak. Predvsem majhna podjetja, ki lahko s pomočjo oblaka konkurirajo z velikimi igralci na trgu. Zavedati se moramo, da oblak ni le poceni izbira, zato se moramo poučiti tudi o njegovih slabostih in nevarnostih, ki nam jih lahko prinese. S selitvijo podjetja v oblak se soočamo tudi s selitvijo kadrovskega oddelka. Tako se popolnoma spremeni način dela, ki smo ga bili vajeni v kadrovskih oddelkih. S tem pospešimo in poenostavimo pomembne procese, ki smo jim priča v oddelku. Diplomski projekt smo razdelili na dva dela. V prvem, teoretičnem delu smo se posvetili teoretičnim opredelitvam računalništva v oblaku, kako ga uvedemo, njegove prednosti in slabosti. V tem delu smo tudi definirali človeške vire, njihov pomen in vlogo v organizaciji ter katere osnovne procese kadrovanja najdemo v kadrovskem oddelku. Drugi del projekta smo namenili rešitvi SAP SuccessFactors. Opredelili smo definicijo rešitve, zakaj je primerna za naše podjetje ter kako jo uvesti vanj. Za konec smo poiskali slovenska podjetja, ki so že uvedla SuccessFactors, in jih proučili.

Secondary abstract: We live in a time where we are constantly witnessing new innovations. More and more companies are deciding to move to the cloud. Especially small companies which can so compete with the bigger players on the market. We must be aware that the cloud is not only an economic choice. Companies should get educated about its weaknesses and the dangers that it may bring. By moving the company’s IT to the cloud, we also face the migration of the human resource department. This completely changes the way in which we have used to work in human resources. We speed up and simplify the important processes, that we are using in the department. This diploma project will be divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part, we will focus on the theoretical definitions of cloud computing; how to implement it; its advantages and disadvantages. We will define the human resources, their importance and role in the company and which basic recruitment processes we found in the human resource department. The second part, we will dedicate to the SAP SuccessFactors solution. Which is the cloud solution for human resource management. We discuss why companies should implement SuccessFactors and how they can do it. In the end, we will search for Slovenian companies that have already implemented SuccessFactors.
