diplomsko delo
Abstract
Diplomsko delo se nanaša na snovanje modela hidravlične dvižne naprave, ki ponazarja dvižna vrata oz. ploščad manjšega tovornega vozila, pri čemer je za pogon uporabljen mini hidravlični agregat. Začetni del naloge je namenjen predstavitvi dvižnih naprav, mini hidravličnih agregatov ter njihovem področju uporabe. V osrednjem delu sta predstavljena načrtovanje in izdelava dvižne naprave, na koncu pa sledi preračun podatkov ter opis krmiljenja naprave.
Na podlagi preračunov smo ugotovili, da se dvižna sila in hitrost spreminjata s kotom dviga. Za delovanje naše naprave s polnim delovnim tlakom, ki ga zmore črpalka, je potreben velik električni tok, kar je bilo potrebno upoštevati pri zasnovi krmilnega dela naprave.

The diploma thesis refers to the design of the hydraulic lifting device model, which illustrates a small lift gate or platform of a small lorry using the mini hydraulic power unit. The first part of the thesis presents the lifting devices, mini-hydraulic generators and their scope. In the central part is described the planning and the manufacture of lifting devices. The final part presents the calculation of data and a description of the device control.
Based on the calculations, we found that the lifting force and speed varies with the angle of rise. The operation of our device with full pump pressure requires a large electric current. |
