Abstract

Pospeševanje prodaje ima v današnjem svetu velik pomen. Podjetja namenjajo pospeševanju prodaje veliko pozornosti in še več finančnih sredstev. Ker se mi zdi delo na tem področju zelo zanimivo in razgibano, sem si za diplomski projekt izbrala pospeševanje prodaje in vse skupaj zožila na eno podjetje, in sicer Spar Slovenija. V diplomskem projektu me je zanimala predvsem primerjava med tem, kako naj bi pospeševanje prodaje potekalo v teoriji in kako dejansko poteka v podjetju, ki sem si ga izbrala. S tem namenom sem najprej raziskala razno strokovno gradivo, nato pa ugotavljala, kako se pospeševanja prodaje loteva podjetje Spar Slovenija. Raziskati sem želela tudi, kako pospeševanje prodaje podjetja Spar Slovenija zaznavajo potrošniki. S tem namenom sem sestavila anketni vprašalnik; v raziskavi je sodelovalo 50 posameznikov. Diplomsko delo je najprej sestavljeno iz uvodnega dela in jedra, v katerem najprej predelam strokovno literaturo na temo pospeševanja prodaje. V naslednjem poglavju je predstavljeno podjetje Spar Slovenija; sledi razčlenitev pospeševanja prodaje, ki je usmerjeno h kupcem, in pospeševanje prodaje, usmerjeno k zaposlenim. Naslednje poglavje vsebuje empirično raziskavo, ki sem jo opravila. Na koncu diplomskega projekta sem v sklepu predstavila še svoje ugotovitve in rezultate empirične raziskave.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays, sales promotion has a big influence on everything. Companies spend a lot of time and money for sales promotion. In my opinion, this area of work seems to have a lot of job opportunities and this is the reason why my diploma thesis is about sales promotion in Spar Slovenia. In the diploma thesis, I compared the theory of sales promotion with the actual sales promotion in company Spar Slovenia. With this in mind, I first wanted to explore the study material, and later compare this with the sales promotion in Spar Slovenia. I also wanted to research how customers see the sales promotion in this company, so I made a survey, which included 50 people. The diploma thesis first consists of an introduction and the core part, where I recapped the study material. After that, I introduced the company Spar Slovenia. In the next chapters, I explored the sales promotion in Spar Slovenia, and after that, I made a survey about how customers see the sales promotion. At the end of the thesis, I made conclusions about the survey.
