Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja analizo možnosti aplikacije dveh najpogostejših tehnologij 3D tiska v serijski proizvodnji. Ker se tehnologiji selektivnega laserskega sintranja in ciljnega nalaganja močno razlikujeta v vrednosti investicije v posamezno tehnologijo kot tudi tehnoloških lastnostih, pri tem mislimo predvsem hitrost tiska izdelkov, je podjetnik pred ustanovitvijo podjetja postavljen pred težko odločitev o izbiri ustrezne tehnologije. V diplomskem delu skozi stroškovno in tehnološko analizo izdelave v naprej definiranega izdelka ugotavljam, da se je za aplikacijo 3D tiska v serijski proizvodnji najustrezneje odločiti za investicijo v večje število tiskalnikov tehnologije ciljnega nalaganja. Investicija v to tehnologijo je mnogo nižja od investicije v tehnologijo selektivnega laserskega sintranja, ob hkratnem delovanju več tiskalnikov pa dosežemo podobne tehnološke čase pri mnogo nižjih stroških proizvodnje, kar omogoča doseganje konkurenčnih prodajnih cen na trgu.

Secondary abstract: The following diploma represents analysis of application of two most common 3D printing technologies in mass production. Since the technology of selective laser sintering and fused deposition modelling differ greatly in the value of investment as well as technological characteristics, referring primarily to the speed of the printing, the entrepreneur is faced with a difficult decision to choose the appropriate technology before starting a business. In diploma work, through the cost and technological analysis of the production of a pre-defined product, I found out that the most appropriate choice for application of 3D printing in serial production is to invest in larger number of fused deposition modelling printers. The investment in this technology is much lower than the investment in selective laser sintering technology, while the simultaneous operation of several printers achieves similar technological times at much lower cost of production, which makes it possible to achieve competitive selling prices on the market.
