Abstract

Ko se v podjetju pojavi potreba po novem kadru, podjetje želi kandidata za prosto delovno mesto dobiti na učinkovit način. V večjih podjetjih se s tem problemom ukvarja kadrovska služba, ki ima strokovno znanje s tega področja. Pri manjših podjetjih pa je zgodba malce drugačna, saj nimajo kadrovske službe ter so bolj omejeni s stroški ter znanjem. V prvem delu diplomske naloge se bomo spoznali s teoretičnimi osnovami. Pogledali bomo definicije pojmov, spoznali selekcijske procese in metode pridobivanja ter izbiranja kadrov, katera se uporabljajo podjetja. V drugem delu si bomo pogledali rezultate lastne ankete o selekcijskih postopkih v manjših podjetjih in na podlag teh rezultatov potrdili ali ovrgli tri predpostavljene hipoteze ter pogledali rezultate raziskave »Narava kadrovske dejavnosti v majhnih in srednje velikih podjetjih v Sloveniji«. Na koncu pa sledi predlog, kako izboljšati znanje oseb, ki v manjšem podjetju izvaja selekcijske procese.

Secondary abstract: When a company is forced in looking for new employers, they want to get the candidate for a vacant job in the most efficient way. In larger companies, they have the human resources department, which has expertise in this field. For smaller companies, is the story a bit different, because they do not have expertise from human resources and they have limited costs and knowledge. In the first part of the diploma, we will get to know theoretical foundations. We will look at definitions, learn about selection processes, and the methods of selecting and recruiting personnel. In the second part, we will look at the results of the survey on selection procedures in smaller companies and confirm or dismiss the three hypotheses based on these results. In the end, we see preposition how to improve the knowledge of people who carry out selection processes in a small company.
