Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati značilnosti družinskih podjetij, odnose med člani družine in načrtovanje procesa nasledstva. Številne posebnosti delajo to vrsto podjetja zanimivo in vredno raziskovanja. S pomočjo primera iz prakse smo ugotavljali odnose med člani družine ter kako prenos nasledstva izgleda na resničnem primeru. Potrdili smo zastavljene teze, da je podjetje uspešno izvedlo prenos nasledstva ter da je po prenosu še uspešnejše. Ugotovili smo, da je za uspeh družinskega podjetja potrebno poznavanje vseh funkcij v podjetju, saj je podjetnik močno vpet v vsako izmed njih. Prav tako pa je potrebno z družinskimi člani imeti dobre in spoštljive odnose, saj so le-ti temeljni kamen in moralna podpora takrat, ko jih najbolj potrebuješ, ne le v zasebnem ampak tudi v poslovnem življenju. Ustanovitelj mora vedeti, kdaj napoči njegov čas za umik iz podjetja, saj je le tako lahko nasledstvo uspešno preneseno.

Secondary abstract: The purpuse of our final thesis was to demonstrate the characteristics of family enterprises, the relations between family members and the succession planning and business transfer. The particular features make this type of enterprise interesting and worth researhing into. The conclusion about relationship between family members as well as the presentation of the process of ownership transfer to the younger generation were based on the example of a chosen company. We confirmed the proposed hypothesis, that the enterprise has succesfully managed to transfer succession and is since more successful. We concluded that the key for a success of the family enterprise is the knowledge of all functions in the company, since the entrepreneur is highly integrated in all of them. However it is also essential to have a good and respectful attitude to family members, as they play a moral support when you most need it, not only in private but also in professional life. In order for succession to be successfully transfered, the founder of the company should know, when is the right time for his or her withdrawal.
