Secondary title: | Chatbots as a digital marketing channel |
Secondary abstract: | The proposed research report is based on marketing theories, with special focus set to digital marketing and digital communication channels. We provide insight to the development of a new marketing channel, using communication channel Messenger, tightly connected to the social media network Facebook. An analysis of the use of this channel around the world and comparison with Slovenian companies are presented. We propose a plan of invoking automated messaging system for introducing Faculty of Economics and Business to high school graduates and present a Facebook Messenger chatbot prototype. |
