Abstract

V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene prednosti in slabosti odprto-zančnega vodenja položaja bipolarnih hibridnih koračnih motorjev. Na osnovi statičnih karakteristik navora smo opravili analizo osnovnega delovanja obravnavanih motorjev. Ugotovili smo, da lahko z različnimi nivoji vzbujalnega toka dosežemo poljuben kot zasuka motorja, kar omogoča vodenje motorja z zmanjšanim korakom. Za zagotovitev ustreznih vzbujalnih tokov smo uporabili pretvornik v obliki dveh H-mostičev s histerezno regulacijo posameznih tokov. Analizirali smo tudi vpliv bremena na statični pogrešek koraka motorja.

Secondary title: Open-loop position control of hybrid stepping motors with applied hysteresis current control
Secondary abstract: In this thesis advantages and drawbacks of open-loop control of bipolar hybrid stepper motors are presented. With the use of static torque characteristics the basic operation principles of discussed motors are analyzed. It is shown that with the use of adequate levels of excitation currents arbitrary step angles can be achieved. A converter with two H-bridges using hysteresis control of phase currents is applied for adequate excitation of the motor. Furthermore, the impact of the load torque on the static step angle error is presented.
