Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen sistem za merjenje in korekcijo konture aluminijastega ulitka vilic za motorno kolo KTM. Merilni del je izveden s strojnim vidom, za korekcijo pa je uporabljen servomotor, ki ukrivi vilice v odvisnosti od odstopanja le-teh od idealnega modela. Opisan je postopek ugotavljanja odstopanja ukrivljenosti vilic in algoritem za korekcijo. Naloga je sklenjena s predstavitvijo in razpravo o rezultatih testiranja v realnih pogojih.

Secondary abstract: The aim of this thesis is to present the system for measurement and correction of the contour of aluminium castings swing arms for KTM motorcycle. The measuring part is made with machine vision. For correction is used servomotor, that curves swing arms depending on the difference from ideal model. Methods for detection the curvature and the algorithm for correction are presented. The thesis is concluded with presentation and discussion of testing results.
