Abstract

V diplomskem projektu smo obravnavali vlogo nevrolingvističnega programiranja pri razvoju vedenja managerjev. Glavni vir vsake organizacije so ljudje, zato je potrebno, da se ti tudi nenehno izboljšujejo in izobražujejo. Eden od možnih načinov usposabljanja managerjev je nevrolingvistično programiranje. Diplomski projekt smo razdelili na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega projekta bomo s pomočjo deskriptivne metode predstavili osnovna izhodišča vedenja managerja in njegovega usposabljanja ter predstavili izhodišča nevrolingvističnega programiranja. V praktičnem delu smo z aplikativno metodo analizirali proces vpliva nevrolingvističnega programiranja na razvoj vedenja managementa. Predstavili bomo tudi predloge za izboljšanje razvoja vedenja managerjev z nevrolingvističnimi tehnikami. Na začetku raziskovalnega dela smo zastavili raziskovalno vprašanje: »Kako vpliva nevrolingvistično programiranje na vedenje managerjev?« Na temelju teoretične obravnave in analize primera smo ugotovili, da nevrolingvistično programiranje vpliva na vedenje managerjev skozi uporabo različnih tehnik učenja in orodji za izboljšanje glavnih vedenjskih napak pri komuniciranju, vodenju, pogajanju in obvladanju stresa ter osebnostnih lastnosti.

Secondary abstract: In the graduation project, we discussed the theme of the role of neurolinguistic programming in the development of managers' behavior. The main source of any organization are people, so it is also necessary to continually improve and educate. One of the ways of training managers is also neuro-linguistic programming. The graduation project was divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the project, we will use the descriptive method to represent the basic principles of behavior management and management training and present the starting point for neuro-linguistic programming. While in practical work, the application method analyzes the process of influencing neuro-linguistic programming to the development of behavioral behavior. We will also present suggestions for improving the development of managers' behavior by neurolinguistic techniques. At the beginning of the project, we asked a research question on how neurolinguistic programming influences the behavior of managers? By analyzing the given theory, we found that neurolinguistic programming influences behavior of managers, in the way of learning techniques and tools to improve the main behavioral errors in communication, leading, negotiation and coping with stress, and personality development.
