Abstract
Večina novih delovnih mest v zasebnih podjetjih ni objavljena v širši javnosti. Iskalci zaposlitve jih iščejo na različne načine. Način iskanja zaposlitve, kjer iskalec zaposlitve neposredno nagovarja delodajalca, vlaga delo v iskanje zaposlitve, je proaktiven in ne uporablja storitev posrednikov, imenujemo neposredno iskanje zaposlitve.
V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali, kakšne so navade in običaji ter problemi brezposelnih pri neposrednem nagovarjanju delodajalcev. Na podlagi ugotovitev in teoretičnih osnov smo oblikovali predlog optimizacije neposrednega iskanja zaposlitve brezposelnih oseb v obliki spletne aplikacije CV-vizitka.
V teoretičnem delu naprej opišemo trg dela in gibanje brezposelnosti v Sloveniji, kar nam služi kot okvir za razumevanje položaja brezposelne osebe. Nato uvrstimo neposredno iskanje zaposlitve med načine iskanja zaposlitve in predstavimo njegove glavne značilnosti. Pogledali smo, kako se delodajalcem predstavijo iskalci zaposlitve z oblikovanjem osebne blagovne znamke in kaj sestavlja zaposlitveno vlogo. Pri slednji smo se osredotočili na njeno digitalizacijo. Na kratko smo pogledali tudi utrujenost in stres kot stranska učinka iskanja zaposlitve.
V osrednjem delu smo naredili primerjalno analizo obstoječih spletnih orodij za digitalizacijo življenjepisov (t. i. e-življenjepisi) in predstavili CV-vizitko. Naredili smo analizo procesa neposrednega iskanja zaposlitve pred in po implementaciji CV-vizitke. Definirali smo glavne prednosti, ovire za vstop na trg in naslovili štiri dimenzije za uspešno izvedbo na trgu.
Na podlagi rezultatov raziskave smo ugotovili, da je delež iskanja zaposlitve z računalnikom in preko spleta zelo visok in da je delež izvajanja neposrednega iskanja zaposlitve med brezposelnimi tudi zelo visok, ne glede na izobrazbeno strukturo in spol.
Rezultati raziskave, izvedene med brezposelnimi, so pokazali, da pri njih obstaja potreba po rešitvi, ki bi omogočala povratno informacijo o zaposlitveni vlogi in lažjem dostopu do delodajalcev. Povratna informacija bi tudi pozitivno vplivala na njihovo motivacijo pri iskanju zaposlitve. Ugotovili smo tudi, da raje uporabljajo elektronske prijave. Na vprašanje, ali bi uporabili CV-vizitko kot rešitev, so v povprečju ocenili pritrdilno.

Personal job search optimization of the unemployed |

Most of new job openings in the private sector are hidden to the general public. To overcome this job seekers use different methods. One of them is personal job search. In this method job seekers personally and proactively take upon themselves the task of job search without a mediatory.
In this thesis we look at practices, customs and problems that job seekers face while using the personal job search approach. Based on past research and our own findings we present a way to optimize the personal job search in form of a web application. We call it "CV-vizitka".
We start the thesis by looking at the labour market and unemployment figures in Slovenia which will serve as a framework for our understanding of the situation of the unemployed. We then define personal job search and place it among other job search methods. We look at how job seekers present themselves to employers by creating a personal brand and what constitutes a typical job application. In particular we focus on digitalization of the application. In brief, we also look at job seekers' fatigue and stress as side effects of job searching.
In the central part of the thesis we compare existing web applications that digitize written and generate digital résumés (e-résumé), and present CV-vizitka. We describe the job application fulfilment process without and with the implementation. We then list the main advantages for using our solution, market barriers and address the four dimensions necessary for a successful market placement.
From our results, we infer that the usage of computer and internet supported job search is very high and personal job search among the unemployed is also very high regardless of education and sex.
The results of the research conducted among the unemployed show that there is a need for a solution which would provide feedback information about the job application and easier access to the employers. Based on our research we infer that the feedback will provide positive effects on the job seekers' motivation. In addition, we found out that job seekers prefer electronic job applications to classical paper job application. On average job seekers rated that they would use CV-vizitka.
