Abstract
V zaključnem delu smo predstavili stres, tehnike preprečevanja le tega, predstavili smo stres v mladostništvu, njegove vzroke in posledice, ter načine obvladovanja. Raziskovali smo kaj mladostnikom povzroča stres, kako ga prepoznajo in obvladujejo.
Raziskovalna metodologija: Uporabili smo kvantitativno metodologijo. Raziskavo smo izvedli s pomočjo anonimne spletne ankete – EnKlikAnketa. Anketiranci so k raziskavi pristopili prostovoljno, preko socialnega omrežja Facebook. V raziskavo so bili vključeni izključno polnoletni in naključno izbrani mladostniki.

Secondary abstract: |
Theoretical baseline and purpose: Stress is probably one of the most used words in today's world, as we encounter it at every step. As adults, children and adolescents are also exposed to stress, and as many people say, stress is already growing up. In the thesis we presented stress, its prevention techniques, we presented stress in adolescence, its causes and consequences, and ways of controlling. We researched what causes stress, how it is recognized and controlled by adolescents.
Research Methodology: In our research, we used a quantitative method. The research was carried out with an anonymous web survery – EnKlikAnketa. The respondents participated voluntarily, via social network Facebook. Only randomly and full aged adolescents were included in this study. There were 150 respondents.
Results: The results showed that the full aged adolescents in daily life at most (93% of respondents) experience stress. Most often, stress is caused by school-related things, such as exams and tests (73% of respondents). Stress is most commonly recognized (75% of respondents) in the form of nervousness and tension, and is most often controlled (57% of respondents) by talking to friends, parents or acquaintances. This is followed by going to nature, physical activity, deviation to itself and listening to music.
Discussion: A fast and stressful way of life affects our mental health. Stress is caused by various events, known or less known, but in any case, it can not be avoided or escaped. Children and adolescents need to be encouraged to have a proper way of life, to deal with problems quickly, and to provide them with a positive example, as over-experience and stressful situations may have a negative impact on their health and life. |
