Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen sistem detekcije ukrivljenosti vilic z dobljenimi rezultati. Opisani so sistemi slikovne detekcije, industrijsko krmilje robotske celice in avtomatizacije obdelave slike za detekcijo odstopanja vrednosti ukrivljenosti vilic. S pomočjo programskega orodja za obdelavo slik smo izdelali program, ki je zajel sliko in s pomočjo algoritma podal rezultat o odstopanju vrednosti od referenčnih. V nalogi je tudi opredeljen problem in možnosti kasnejšega razvoja in nadgradnje sistema v proizvodnji.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis presents the fork curvature detection system and the acquired results. It includes descriptions of image detection of fork curvature tolerances. With the help o fan image processing program we made an image capturing program that uses an algorithm to calculate tolerances. The diploma thesis also defines the problem and the possibility of consequent development and upgrade of the system in the production process.
