Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je obravnavan vpliv hidravličnega cevovoda na delovanje linearnih hidravličnih aktuatorjev in sistema kot celote. Zanimala sta nas predvsem vpliv različnih dimenzij cevi in pa vpliv uporabljenih hidravličnih akumulatorjev pri različnih tlakih polnjenja na dinamiko celotnega sistema. Preverili smo tudi učinkovitost priporočil podanih s strani proizvajalcev o optimalni napolnjenosti akumulatorjev. Primerno napolnjen akumulator lahko prepreči pojav raznih tlačnih udarov, shranjuje in kasneje zagotovi potrebno moč ob nenadnem izpadu energije. Zato je zelo pomembno kakšno velikost oziroma volumen, ter napolnjenost akumulatorja izberemo za obravnavan sistem. To je še posebej pomembno v primerih, ko so isti aktuatorji nameščeni na različnih razdaljah od vira hidravlične energije. Omenjena problematika je osrednja tema naloge, ki smo se je najprej lotili teoretično z vključujočim osnovnim modeliranjem sistema. Nato pa smo dobljene rezultate in spoznanja primerjali še z eksperimentalnimi raziskavami, na katerih temelji magistrsko delo.

Secondary abstract: |
The master's thesis deals with the impact of a hydraulic pipeline on the operation of linear hydraulic actuators and an entire hydraulic system. We were particularly interested in the influence of hydraulic accumulators at various pre-charge pressures and the influence of a hydraulic pipeline of different dimensions. We also wanted to check the efficiency of the recommendations given by manufacturers on the optimal pre-charge pressures. A properly pre-charge accumulator can prevent the occurrence of various pressure oscillation, store and then provide the necessary power in case of a sudden power failure. Therefore, it is very important what size or volume, and pre-charge are selected for the system under consideration. This is particularly important in cases where the same actuators are located at different distances from the source of hydraulic energy. The mentioned issues are central to the task, where research will be first undertaken along the theoretical path, including the basic modelling of the system. The results and lessons learned will be compared with experimental research, where we placed the greatest emphasis. |
