Alergije po piku žuželk pri otrocih

Abstract

V svetu prihaja do naraščanja alergijskih bolezni in s tem tudi posledično so v porastu alergije na pike žuželk. Pri osebah, ki niso alergične, piki izzovejo le bolečino in rahlo oteklino, vendar pa pri osebah, ki so alergične na pike žuželk lahko izzovejo zelo resne alergijske reakcije, ki so včasih smrtno nevarne. Z anketnim vprašalnikom smo želeli ugotoviti kakšne reakcije se lahko zgodijo po piku žuželk pri otrocih, kako lahko ukrepamo, ter predstaviti tudi pomembnost zdravljenja s specifično imunoterapijo.

Secondary abstract:	: In the world there is an increase in allergies, especially several insect related allergies. People who aren’t allergic respond to the insect bite with pain and small swelling in the area of bite. But people who have allergies to insect bite can react with a serious allergic reaction that can even lead to death. With questionnaire we wanted to find out which reactions can happen to a child with allergy to insect bite and how to help with the reaction. We also wanted to present immunological treatment.
