Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo s pomočjo delovnega okolja družbe Talum iz Kidričevega na konkretnem primeru proizvodnje aluminijevih drogov prikazali uporabo metode analize življenjskega cikla. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela je predstavljen razvoj metode in njen podrobnejši opis s pomočjo standardne osnove. Skozi razčlenjen proizvodni proces smo opisali vsak korak proizvodnje posebej ter hkrati razložili njegove bistvene značilnosti. V raziskovalnem delu magistrskega dela smo na podlagi veljavnih standardov zbrali in analizirali informacije o vhodnih in izhodnih tokovih posamezne procesne enote. Dobljene informacije smo zajeli v programu GaBi Education ter tako številčno ovrednotili izbrane kazalnike obremenjevanja okolja. V sklepnem delu magistrskega dela je sledil še poskus okoljskega optimiziranja z modeliranjem različnih scenarijev transportnih poti uvoza osnovne surovine – glinice.

Secondary abstract: |
With the help of the work environment of the company Talum from Kidričevo, the use of the lifecycle analysis method was illustrated in the thesis on an actual example of aluminium bars production. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the development of the method and its detailed description, using a standard basis. Through the breakdown of the production process, we described each step of the production separately and at the same time explained its essential characteristics. In the research part of the thesis, we collected and analysed the data on the input and output flows of each processing unit, based on the valid standards. The data obtained was included in the GaBi Education program, thus numerically quantifying the selected indicators of environmental pollution. The final part of the thesis included an attempt at environmental optimization by modelling different scenarios of the transport routes of the import of the basic raw material – bauxite. |
