Abstract
Družinska podjetja predstavljajo velik delež gospodarskega razvoja vsake države. V Sloveniji družinska podjetja zaposlujejo kar 70 % ljudi. Uspeh teh podjetij je odvisen od dobro zastavljene podjetniške vizije in politike podjetja (poslanstva, smotrov in temeljnih ciljev). Na delovanje družinskega podjetja zaradi prisotnosti družinske note vplivajo tudi čustva in medsebojni odnosi, zato je usklajevanje vrednot ključnih udeležencev v podjetju za uspešno delovanje bistvenega pomena.
V teoretičnem delu smo preučili posebnosti družinskega podjetja, njegove politike in izrazne oblike.
V praktičnem delu smo najprej predstavili izbrano družinsko podjetje, njegov zgodovinski razvoj in ključne spremembe. V nadaljevanju smo v okviru raziskovalno prognostičnih procesov izdelali razvojno analizo podjetja, preučili skladnost njihovih vrednot, prednosti in slabosti ter razvojne možnosti podjetja.
Osrednji del naloge je predstavljala proučitev njihove dosedanje vizije in politike podjetja, katero smo ob sodelovanju družine in v skladu z njihovimi vrednotami dopolnili in podali predlog zapisa vizije in politike podjetja.

Particularities of planning policity in a family business |
Secondary abstract: |
Family businesses represent a large part of economic development of each country around the world. In Slovenia family businesses employ 70% of people. Success of family business depends on well defined corporate vision and business policy (mission, purposes and main goals). The family note influences the operation of the company, because the main participants are related and emotionally involved. Therefore, the key participants in the company have to coordinate their values for the good of the business.
In the theoretical part, we examined features of the family business, its policies and the expressive form of the business.
In the practical part we first presented the selected family business, its historical development and key changes. In the following, we made a development analysis of the company, we examined compliance of their values, strengths and weaknesses, and the company's development potential.
The main part of the dissertation was to examine their current vision and the current policy of the company. We added some changes and suggesstions to the vision and policy of the company, with the help of the familiy and their values. |
