Abstract

V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo se najprej osredotočili na definicijo komunikacije in oblike le-te, podrobneje smo opisali verbalno in neverbalno komunikacijo, predstavili smo razvoj možganov in vpliv komunikacije na njihov razvoj ter sam govorni razvoj. Teoretični del zaključujemo z vzgojiteljem predšolskih otrok in njegovimi nalogami pri razvoju komunikacije. V empiričnem delu preučujemo govorni odnos med strokovnimi delavkami vrtca - vzgojiteljicami predšolskih otrok in otroki. Namen naše raziskave je ugotoviti govorno interakcijo v vrtcu predvsem z vidika reagiranja in iniciative vzgojitelja ter reagiranja in iniciative otrok po Flandersovi metodi razredne interakcije. Pri tem nas je zanimal obstoj razlik glede na delovno dobo vzgojiteljic in starost otrok. Rezultati prikazujejo, da je najbolj zastopana kategorija "samostojne izjave otrok", ki je del iniciative otrok, sledi ji vzgojiteljeva iniciativa s kategorijo "zastavljanje vprašanj". Indeks indirektnosti je zelo visok. S tem smo dokazali, da v vrtcu Beltinci vzgojiteljice največji poudarek dajejo samostojnemu izražanju in mišljenju otrok.

Secondary abstract: The theoretical part of the master's thesis focuses on the definition of communication and types of communication. It further encompasses a detailed description of verbal and non-verbal communication, the development of brain, the influence of communication on brain development, and the development of speech itself. The theoretical part concludes with the role of a preschool teacher in the development of communication. In the empirical part we study the communication between preschool teachers and children. The aim of the research was to determine the speech interaction in kindergarten from the perspective of the reaction and the initiative of a preschool teacher and a child according to the Flanders' method of class interaction. Special attention was paid in the existence of differences considering preschool teachers' years of service and children's age. The results show that the most represented category is "independent children's declarations", which is a part of children's initiative, followed by preschool educator's initiative with "question-asking" category. Indirectivity index is very high. We have demonstrated that in kindergarten Beltinci preschool teachers emphasize children's independent expressions and their children's mindsets.
