Abstract

V diplomskem delu sem predstavila projekt Spodbujanje sodelovanja med otroki, ki sem ga v vrtcu izvajala od aprila do junija 2016, v času praktičnega usposabljanja. Delo temelji na načrtovanju, izvedbi ter evalvaciji projekta. Nameni projekta so bili spodbujanje in učenje sodelovanja med otroki preko načrtovanih dejavnosti socialnih iger ter spoznavanje prednosti, ki jih sodelovanje prinaša. Otroci so se preko različnih pripravljenih dejavnostih srečevali z različnimi oblikami sodelovanja. V dejavnostih je bilo potrebno sodelovanje, da je bila na koncu dejavnost oziroma naloga uspešno opravljena. Za uspešno dosego cilja dejavnosti so bili tako potrebni vključevanje vseh članov skupine, podrejanje, načrtovanje, sklepanje kompromisov, medsebojna pomoč itd. Glavna ugotovitev diplomskega dela je, da se je sodelovanje med otroki uresničevalo, vendar v dejavnostih niso bile uresničene vse možnosti, ki so se ponujale za sodelovanje. Cilji, ki so bili zastavljeni za posamezne dejavnosti, so v večini izhajali iz glavnega cilja spodbujanja sodelovanja med otroki, preostali cilji pa so bili vezani tudi na druga področja spoznavanja.

Secondary title: Stimulation of collaboration with social games in kindergarten
Secondary abstract: In this diploma thesis I presented the project “Stimulation of collaboration between children”, which I executed during my practical training from April to June 2016. The diploma is based on planning, execution and evaluation of the project. The purpose of this project was to stimulate and teach collaboration between children through planned activities, social games, and the comprehension of advantages that collaboration brings. Through different activities, children explored different forms of collaboration. In the prepared activities, children had to collaborate to successfully finish the task. To successfully finish the task, children had to include all members of the group, they had to plan ahead, compromise, help each other, etc. The main conclusion of this diploma thesis is that children did collaborate in given the tasks, but not all opportunities for collaboration were taken. Goals that were set for each activity were based on the main goal of collaboration, and minor goals were connected to other development areas.
