Abstract

Preizkušanci so bili varjeni z različnimi varilnimi postopki T.I.M.E., EPP in MAG. Predhodno so bila izdelana tri obravnavana stanja z različnimi načini zniževanja zaostalih napetosti, kot so: T.I.M.E. 1 varjeno stanje, T.I.M.E. 2 napetostno žarjeno stanje, T.I.M.E.3 vibrirano, EPP 1 varjeno stanje, EPP 2 napetostno žarjeno, EPP 3 vibrirano stanje med varjenjem in MAG varjeno stanje. Vsi preizkušanci razen MAG preizkušanca v varjenem stanju so bili peskani.

Secondary title: Influence of shoot peening on residual stress relaxation in butt welded joints
Secondary abstract: In the master's we discussed the influence of shoot peening on residual stress relaxation on butt weld joints. Six samples for the research were made from material NIOMOL 490 K and one was made from construction steel S235JR. Specimens were welded with different welding process such as T.I.M.E., EPP and MAG. Specimens were observed in three different conditions such as EPP 1 as welded, EPP 2 heat treated, EPP 3 vibrated during welding, T.I.M.E.1 as welded, T.I.M.E. 2 heat treated, T.I.M.E. 3 vibrated during welding and MAG as welded. All the specimens were shoot peened expect from MAG as welded specimen. We measured residual stress before and after shoot peening with magnetic method. Then we compered the results and found out that magnitude of the residual compressive stress produced by shoot peening reduced residual stress on the measuring spot in the middle of the butt welded joint (x = 0 mm, y = 0 mm).
