Abstract
Pri izdelavi poslovnega načrta smo preverjali, kako uspešna je lahko poslovna ideja, ki se nanaša na izdelavo unikatnih lesenih struženih izdelkov. Ugotovili smo, da trenutno na lokalnem trgu uspešno poslujeta dve podjetji s podobnim proizvodnim programom, še več pa jih je v začetni fazi poslovanja. Gnezdilnice in izdelki s sporočilom so inovacija in trenutno na lokalnem trgu še nimajo konkurence, so pa zanimivi za nove ciljne skupine kupcev. Prodajne poti bodo preko stojnic ob družbenih prireditvah, direktnega kontakta s podjetji, predvsem pa preko spleta in družabnih omrežij, saj se podjetje namerava širiti tudi v tujino. Na trg bo podjetje vstopilo s politiko visokih cen, kar bo garancija za visoko kakovost in unikatnost izdelkov. Dokazali smo, da se investicija povrne v dobrih štirih letih, ob zelo visoki dodani vrednosti v izdelku. Zaključimo lahko, da je ob upoštevanju tveganj uresničevanje poslovne ideje lahko zelo uspešno.

Secondary abstract: |
Through the preparation of the business plan, we were checking how successful a business idea referring to the production of unique high-quality craft wooden turned products can be. We have found out that currently two companies with a similar production programme are successfully operating on the local market, and there are more in the initial phase of business. Nesting boxes and products with a message are an innovation, and there are no competitors on the local market yet. They are interesting for new target groups of customers. The sales channels will be through stalls at social events, direct contacts with companies, and above all through the Internet and social networks, as the company intends to expand abroad as well. The company will enter the market with high price policy, which will guarantee the high quality and uniqueness of products. We have proved that the investment is refundable slightly more than four years with very high added value in the product. We can conclude that taking risks into account, the realization of the business idea can be very successful. |
