Povzetek
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen poslovni načrt za prodajo domačih suhih mesnih izdelkov. Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je ugotoviti, ali ustvarja prodaja suhih mesnih izdelkov ob redni mesečni dostavi na dom izgubo in v katerih regijah bi se izdelki najbolje prodajali. Prvi del diplomske naloge se nanaša na predstavitev storitev in izdelkov, marketing in tržne strategije, v osrednjem delu je predstavljen razvoj in proizvodnja ter lastništvo in vodenje dejavnosti, v zadnjem delu pa kritična tveganja in finančno poslovanje.
Problem, ki ga v diplomski nalogi obravnavamo, je osredotočen na vprašanje možnih in najprimernejših načinov trženja ter distribucijski kanali, po katerih je mogoče prodajati domače suhe mesne izdelke. To je vprašanje trženjskih strategij od odločitve za vstop na trg do pridobivanja kupcev, cenovne politike, distribucijskih kanalov, politike konkurenčnosti in poprodajne politike. Podrobno smo raziskali konkurente, ki bi lahko z nami tekmovali pri prodaji suhih mesnih izdelkov.
Problema smo se lotili s primarno raziskavo s pomočjo ankete. Anketo smo analizirali in predstavili ugotovitve, ki se nanašajo na raziskavo trga. Izdelali smo finančne projekcije s pomočjo programa Javnega podjetniškega sklada RS in jih predstavili v finančnem delu poslovnega načrta. V diplomski nalogi smo preverili tri hipoteze, ki so pokazale, da je realizacija poslovnega načrta upravičena. Glede na prvo postavljeno hipotezo, ki se nanaša na spletno anketo, ugotavljamo, da imamo na slovenskem trgu zadostno število potencialnih kupcev domačih suhih mesnih izdelkov. Glede na drugo postavljeno hipotezo, ki se prav tako nanaša na spletno anketo in na program Javnega podjetniškega sklada, ugotavljamo, da je mesečna dostava domačih suhih mesnih izdelkov na dom ekonomsko upravičena. V tretji postavljeni hipotezi, ki temelji na odzivih v spletni anketi, težko zaključimo, da bi se domači suhi mesni izdelki dobro prodajali na tržnicah. Zato smo si pomagali s programom Javnega podjetniškega sklada, ki je pokazal, da je prodaja na tržnicah kljub majhnemu številu odzivov na vprašanja, postavljena v zvezi s to hipotezo finančnega načrta, donosna.

In the thesis we presents a business plan for the sale of domestic dried meat products. Main aim of the thesis is, to find out or the sale of domestic dried meat products with regularly monthly delivery to the home is worth and which regions would be the best to sell products.
The first part of the thesis concerns the presentation of services and products, marketing and market strategies. In the central part describes the development and production as well as ownership and management of activities. In the last part, we learn all about the critical risk and financial management.
The problem that the thesis deal is focused on the question of the possible and the most appropriate ways of marketing as well as the distribution channels for domestic dried meat products. It is a question of marketing strategies on the decision to enter the market, getting customers, pricing policy, distribution channels, competition policy and after – sales policy.
We researched competitors that could compete with us in the sale of dried meat products.
The problem is being tackled by primary research through surveys. The survey was analysed and presented findings of market research. We produced the financial projections through the Public Enterprise Found RS, so that we could make the financial part of the business plan. The thesis was tested three hypotheses and according to this hypothesis, we see that the business plan is justified. According to the first hypothesis through online surveys, we find that we have on the Slovenian market a sufficient number of potential buyers of domestic dry meat products. According to second hypothesis through an online survey and a program of the Public Enterprise Fund, we find that the monthly delivery of local dry meat products at home, economically justified. The third hypothesis according to the responses to the online survey can hardly be said to be home dry meat products are well sold at farmers' markets. Therefore, we help with the program of the Public Enterprise Fund and recognize that it is sold at farmers' markets, despite the small number of responses to questions raised in connection with this hypothesis by financial plan profitable. |
