Abstract

To magistrsko delo obravnava prvine češkega in francoskega pogovornega jezika v oglasih na radijskih postajah. V prvem delu predmetne naloge sta kratko predstavljena oba jezika (število govorcev, uvrstitev v jezikovni razred in pregled narečij oz. regionalnih zvrsti jezika). Temu sledi podroben opis jezikovnih registrov/zvrsti (pogovorni, knjižni jezik) in narečij, ki so predmet raziskave, torej: splošne pogovorne (obecné) češčine, brnskega, marsejskega in pariškega govora. Sama raziskava je sestavljena iz treh delov: snemanja reklam, njihove transkripcije in nazadnje še analize. Rezultati raziskave so število pogovornih in narečnih prvin na minuto ter njihova interpretacija.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of the present thesis is to describe the characteristics of colloquial Czech and French used in radio advertisements. It consists of two main parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the author shortly defines both languages in terms of number of speakers, their classification and then provides an overview of different dialects. She also specifies different language forms in both languages (colloquial and standard language) and the dialects relevant to her research, meaning common Czech spoken in Prague, the Brno dialect, colloquial Marseillais and colloquial Parisian. The research conducted by the author is presented in the practical part. The research itself consisted of: advertisement recording, advertisement transcription and analysis. The main point of interest drawn from these advertisements are the number of colloquial features per minute and the number of dialectal features per minute. The author will conclude the thesis by presenting her findings and interpreting the results.
