Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje in izdelava robotizirane obdelovalne celice. Opisana sta stružnica in robot, njuno delovanje, transportni trak, ter delovanje celice. Celica je načrtovana z uporabo standardnih in nestandardnih strojnih elementov. Nestandardni strojni elementi so konstruirani s pomočjo programskega paketa CATIA in Mastercam. Predstavljena je izdelava transportnega traku za surovce in obdelovance. Avtomatizacija strege obdelovancev se je izkazala kot uspešna investicija v proizvodnji. Količina proizvedenih kosov na časovno enoto se je povečala. Zaposleni so se razbremenili z monotonim delom. Prihranek je na času in denarju, ter povečala se je dodana vrednost.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the design and manufacture of a production cell. Described are the lathe and robot, their function, conveyor belt and function of the production cell. The cell consists of standard and non-standard machine elements. The nonstandard machine elements were designed by using CATIA and Mastercam software package. The thesis also presents the manufacture of the conveyor belt for the stock and finished parts. The automation of machine tending in production has proved to be a successful investment. The amount of produced pieces per time has increased. The employees are relieved of monotonous work. The savings are in time and money. In addition, the added value has increased.
