Abstract
V današnjem času si podjetja prizadevajo izboljšati svojo kakovost in skrajšati čas dela. Problem nastane, ko ne obvladujejo svojih tveganj, ali jih poznajo in jih ne upoštevajo pri svojem delu. Standard SIST EN ISO 9001:2015 se osredotoča na predvidevanje in obvladovanje tveganj v vseh poslovnih procesih. V skladu s tem, smo v podjetju pripravili programsko rešitev, s katero bi predvidevali in obvladovali možna tveganja. Z učinkovitim obvladovanjem tveganj, bi lahko prihranili čas in denar. Glavni motiv za certifikacijo ISO standarda so predvsem zahteve tujih poslovnih partnerjev, ki želijo skleniti posel ob zahtevi, da podjetje deluje v skladu s SIST EN ISO 9001. Management kakovosti in informacijska podpora delujeta sinergijsko, kar potrjuje več raziskav, ki so na kratko opisane v magistrskem delu.

Secondary abstract: |
Nowadays companies are trying to improve their quality and shorten work time. The problem arises when they do not manage their risks, they know them and do not take them into account in their work. The standard SIST EN ISO 9001: 2015 focuses on anticipating and managing risks in all business processes. Accordingly, we have prepared a software solution in the company to anticipate and manage potential risks. With effective risk management, we could save time and money. The main motive for certification of the ISO standard is in particular the requirements of foreign business partners who want to conclude a business upon the requirement that the company operates in accordance with SIST EN ISO 9001. The quality management and information support work synergistically, which is confirmed by several studies, which are briefly described in master's thesis. |
