Povzetek
Podjetje DaMa.Tech, d. o. o., je v letu 2012 pridobilo certifikat ISO 9001:2008. Zaradi želje po nenehnem izboljševanju procesov znotraj podjetja in izboljšanju zadovoljstva kupcev se je odločilo za prenovo informacijskega sistema za podporo sistemu vodenja kakovosti.
Organizacije velikokrat posvojijo ob uvedbi standarda ISO 9001 informacijski sistem določene organizacije ali zunanjega svetovalca. V danem trenutku se zdi sistem funkcionalen, vendar se skozi čas pokaže, da ni popolnoma prilagojen organizaciji in lahko vpliva na učinkovitost sistema vodenja kakovosti in posledično na poslovanje organizacije.
Magistrsko delo predstavi pojma kakovost in management kakovosti, standard ISO 9001:2008 in prihajajoči standard ISO 9001:2015, pojem informacijski sistem, vrste informacijskih sistemov in informacijski sistem za podporo sistemu vodenja kakovosti.
Predstavljeni so informacijski sistemi podjetja DaMa.Tech, d. o. o. Podrobneje je predstavljen informacijski sistem za obvladovanje neskladnosti, korektivnih in preventivnih ukrepov, obvladovanje dokumentacije in ocenjevanje dobaviteljev. Opisan je posnetek stanja, kjer so predstavljeni rezultati trenutne uporabe informacijskega sistema in njegove slabosti.
V nadaljevanju je predstavljen projekt prenove informacijskega sistema za podporo sistemu vodenja kakovosti in vsi ključni elementi novega informacijskega sistema ter elementi, ki jih podjetje razvija samo za izboljšanje svojega sistema.
V magistrskem delu tako želimo ugotoviti, kakšen vpliv ima informacijski sistem na učinkovitost sistema vodenja kakovosti, ali lahko z izboljšanjem informacijskega sistema izboljšamo tudi učinkovitost vodenja kakovosti in posledično poslovanje organizacije.

Company DaMa.Tech d.o.o. was certificated with ISO 9001:2008 in year 2012. In a line with the company's commitment to the continuous improvement and increased attention on customer demands, company decided to improve and upgrade their information system for quality management system.
It is quite often that organizations during implementation of standard ISO 9001 adopt information system from other companies. In that moment system seems to be functional, but time shows that information system is not totally adapted to organization which can affect effectiveness of quality system management and consequently can affect business.
The purpose of this master thesis is to illustrate what quality what quality and quality management actually mean, what standard ISO 9001:2008 is, what will bring new incoming standard ISO 9001:2015, what is information system, what types of information system do we know and what it is information system for quality management.
The thesis presents the information system of the company DaMa.Tech, d.o.o., merely from the quality management perspective. Furthermore it presents information system for managing non-compliance, corrective and preventive actions, managing system documentation and evaluation of suppliers. It is described the current situation of information system, where results of current use of information systems and its weaknesses are presented.
Furthermore the thesis presents the project of information system for quality management renewal and all key elements of new information system and also all elements which company is developing.
In this thesis we want to determine what impact information systems on quality management system effectiveness have. Can we increase the effectiveness of quality management and consequently company’s business performance with better information system? |
