Abstract

Področje digitalnega marketinga je oglaševanje svojih produktov ali storitev prek digitalnih kanalov. V našem primeru smo se osredotočili na oglaševanje prek socialnih omrežij. Izbrano podjetje nima določene strategije pri oglaševanju prek socialnih omrežij. Naš cilj je bil raziskati omenjeno področje in podati predloge, s katerimi bi lahko povečali prodajo prek spletne trgovine. Uporabljene metode so bile: proučevanje domače in tuje literature, metoda anketiranja, da smo zbrali podatke o mišljenju kupcev, in statistična analiza rezultatov, priprava predlogov vodstvu na osnovi rezultatov, predstavitev predlogov in intervju ter metoda sinteze. Rezultati, ki smo jih dobili z anketo, kažejo, da mora podjetje bolj ciljno usmerjeno oglaševati na svojih omrežjih ter da je premalo poudarka na njihovi spletni trgovini, saj svojih strank ne usmerjajo na povezavo spletne trgovine. Iz ankete je razvidno, da so njihova ciljna publika ženske. Na osnovi rezultatov smo podjetju podali svoje zamisli, ki bi pripomogle k boljši prodaji. Z vsemi našimi predlogi so se strinjali in jih bodo verjetno tudi v nadaljnjem uporabili.

Secondary abstract: Digital marketing concerns the advertising of one’s products or services via digital channels. In the given case, focus was placed on advertising via social networks. The selected company has not specified a strategy for advertising via social networks. The goal was to research the aforementioned field and give suggestions for increasing sales through an online shop. The following methods were used: a review of domestic and foreign literature; a survey method for collecting data on customers’ opinions; a statistical analysis of results; preparing suggestions for the management based on the results; a presentation of these suggestions; an interview; and a synthesis method. The results obtained by the survey show that the company should employ more target-oriented advertising in its networks. They also show that the online shop is not highlighted enough, because the company does not use a link to direct its customers to the online shop. The survey clearly shows that the company’s target audience is women. Based on the results, a few ideas were presented to the company for improving its sales. The company agreed with all of the suggestions and will likely be using them in the future.
