Abstract

Vsako proizvodno podjetje na svetu potrebuje zaloge. Zaloge so nepogrešljive za delovanje proizvodnih podjetij in njihov obstoj, saj so osnovna sestavina, iz katerih se proizvede polizdelek ali končen produkt, ki je pripravljen za uporabo. Zaloge so razne osnovne surovine, nedokončana proizvodnja in končani izdelki, ki jih proizvodna podjetja začasno shranjujejo v svojih skladiščih. Ker imajo zaloge neko denarno vrednost in zavzemajo prostor v skladišču, predstavljajo v podjetju strošek, ki dandanes predstavlja velik problem večini proizvodnih podjetij. Diplomsko delo temelji na deskripciji menedžmenta zalog, s katerim se srečujejo proizvodna podjetja. Skozi delo bodo predstavljene zaloge in metode za ugotovitev pomembnosti zalog ter njihova primerjava, katera bo zajeta v primeru. V drugem delu bodo opisani koraki, skozi katere se prebijajo zaloge od prevzema do proizvodnje. V zadnjem poglavju bodo predstavljeni modeli, s katerimi se dandanes srečujejo podjetja z namenom, da bi znižala stroške, ki jih povzročajo zaloge. Cilj diplomske naloge je najti metodo in način, kako v proizvodnem podjetju priti do optimalnih količin zalog, ki bodo povzročile minimalne stroške. Diplomsko delo je uporabno za spoznanje zalog, menedžmenta zalog, za iskanje optimalne količine zalog ter za določitev stopnje pomembnosti posameznega materiala.

Secondary abstract: Every production company in the world needs stocks. Stocks are indispensable for the operation of production companies and their existence, because they are the basic ingredient, from which is produced a semi-finished or a finished product, which is ready for usage. Stocks can be various basic raw materials, unfinished production or finished products, which are temporarily stored by production companies in their warehouses. Since stocks have some monetary value and occupy some space in the warehouse, they represent some cost in the company, which today presents a major problem for the most product companies. The diploma work is based on the description of inventory management, with which are production companies facing. Through the diploma work will be presented stocks and methods for determining the importance of stocks and their comparison, which will be shown in the calculation case. The second part will describe the steps through which the stocks breaks through from the takeover to production. In the last chapter will be presented models, that companies are facing today in order to reduce costs caused by stocks. The goal of the diploma work is to find the method and the way, how to find the most optimal quantities of stocks, that will lead to minimal costs in the production company. The diploma work is useful for understanding of stocks, inventory management, searching for an optimal quantity of stocks and for determining the importance degree of each material.
