Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali šokantno oglaševanje na področju modne industrije. Tematiko smo analizirali glede na oblikovanje komunikacije in pravnih predpisov ter glede na vlogo blagovnih znamk. Z analizo različnih oglasov smo ugotovili, da je najbolj priljubljena oblika šokiranja spolno namigovanje in s tem uporaba ženskega telesa kot spolnega objekta.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, shock advertising in fashion industry was discussed. The topic was analyzed according to the formation of communication, the legal regulations and the role of trademarks. The analysis of a variety of advertisements showed that the most popular type of shock advertising concerns sexual suggestiveness and uses female body as a sexual object.
