Secondary abstract:	In this diploma paper I describe the internal methodology for rapid development of IT solutions in Gorenjska banka (Bank of Gorenjska) in the case of development of the application (»Centralna Evidenca Nalog« – Central Task Record) and present the results of research. The aim of the research was to examine and present the described methodology of software development and to examine the Oracle database management system. With the research I wanted to discover potential inconsistencies between the formal methodology in the bank with the practice and suggest improvements. The paper describes all the tools that I have used in the software development. The theoretical part of the paper contains a description of the software development and user interface design methodologies. The paper describes the methodology of rapid application development in Gorenjska banka. The main result of my research is the operational CEN application and suggestions for improvement of internal software development process and suggestions for improvement of the CEN application.
