Povzetek
V diplomskem delu sem predstavila izobraževanje zaposlenih v Gorenjski banki d.d., Kranj. Nova znanja in njihovo obnavljanje je v organizacijah nujno za nemoteno delo, učinkovitost in uspešnost. Hiter tehnološki razvoj in splošna gospodarska kriza zaposlene silita v stalen napredek pri pridobivanju novih znanj, veščin in sposobnosti. Prav tako pa so novo pridobljena znanja pomembna tudi za osebno rast zaposlenih. Pri izobraževanju velik pomen pripisujemo tudi motivaciji. Ustrezna motiviranost zaposlenih za izobraževanje pa se kaže pri rezultatih na delovnem mestu zaposlenega.
Prvi del diplomske naloge predstavlja teoretični del, v katerem sem zajela splošne pojme, ki se nanašajo na izobraževanje zaposlenih. Poudarek sem naredila na izobraževalni dejavnosti v organizacijah ter predstavila postopek izobraževanja, od raziskovanja izobraževalnih potreb do spremljanja in vrednotenja izobraževanja. Na kratko sem opisala tudi motivacijo za izobraževanje.
V drugem, empiričnem ali raziskovalnem delu sem prikazala sistem izobraževanja zaposlenih v Gorenjski banki d.d., Kranj. Sestavila sem anketni vprašalnik ter zaposlene spraševala o zadovoljstvu z izobraževanji, motivaciji in ovirah za izobraževanje. Zanimalo me je tudi njihovo splošno, opisno mnenje o izobraževanjih v banki. Naredila sem analizo in rezultate prikazala s pomočjo tabel in grafov.

In my thesis, I discussed education of the employees of Gorenjska banka d.d., Kranj. The acquisition of new skills and recurrent training are indispensable to the smooth functioning, efficiency and success of organisations. Due to rapid technological developments and global economic crisis, the employees are forced to continuously acquire new knowledge, skills and competences. The newly obtained skills are important for personal growth of the employees as well. Motivation also plays an important role in education. The adequate motivation of the employees for education is reflected in their effectiveness in the workplace.
The first part of the thesis is a theoretical part in which I dealt with general concepts related to the education of employees. I put particular emphasis on educational activities that take place in organisations and illustrated the education process – from identifying educational needs to monitoring and evaluation of education. I also briefly described motivation for education.
In the second, i.e., empirical or research part, I demonstrated the system of education for the employees of Gorenjska banka d.d., Kranj. I drew up a questionnaire for the employees on their satisfaction with education, motivation and barriers to education. Moreover, I was interested in their general, descriptive viewpoint on education in the bank. I made an analysis and presented the results in tables and graphs. |
