Abstract

Secondary title: Clamping preparations production for flail mower subassembly in tehnos company
Secondary abstract: In my graduation thesis, I describe from idea to product the manufacturing of clamping devices, for which I developed, designed and prescribed the required technology. In the thesis I present noteworthy limitations and complications, and at the same time relevant design and manufacturing solutions. Furthermore, I outlined the main technological procedures for manufacturing the clamping device. Due to the use of the clamping device in production it enabled me to compare production, technical and economical outcomes, with the help of which I performed applicable calculations in connection with savings of time and money. The aim of this thesis was to modernize the manufacturing process, thereby reducing production costs and eliminating technological operations that prolong the flow time of the product and thus increasing its price.
