Abstract
V diplomskem projektu ugotavljamo stopnjo vpliva, ki ga ima vodenje na učinkovitost in uspešnost organizacije. Spoznali smo pojem organizacije in opredelili, da je organizacija zgolj skupina ljudi, ki deluje s skupnim ciljem. Obstaja veliko vrst organizacij, veliko različnih modelov vodenja, vodstvenih stilov in vodij ki pa se med seboj razlikujejo po stilu vodenja, v posameznih karakteristikah in kompetencah. Izbira stila vodenja in stopnja vpliva vodenja na učinkovitost in uspešnost organizacij je v veliki meri odvisna od vrste in velikosti organizacij, od zaposlenih in od vodij; kar pa se od organizacije do organizacije lahko popolnoma razlikuje.

In our project, we're finding out, the influence (or affect) of leadership on the efficency and effectiveness of an organisation. We meet the term of organisation, where we find out, that an organisation is just a group of people, working towards a common goal. There are a lot of different types of organisations, many different models and styles of leadership and leaders, who differ in their choice of leadership style, their competences and their characteristics. We acquaint, that the choice of a certain leadership style, and the rate of leadership's affect on the effectiveness and efficency of an organisation, is determined by the type of an organisation, the size of an organisation, by their employees and by the leaders preforming the leadership tasks. These factors differ from an organisation to an organisation. |
