Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava analizo enotnih integriranih vozovnic v javnem potniškem prometu z vidika izvajalca javno potniškega prometa. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen zakon o prevozih v cestnem prometu, opis definicije javnega potniškega prometa, povzetek zgodovinskega razvoja potniškega prometa in plačilnega sistema, kaj je IJPP vozovnica, prednosti in slabosti integriranega sistema in primer tega s tujine. V zadnjem delu pa je analiza anketnega vprašalnika, kateri je zasnovan na podatkih enega od prevoznikov JPP in je podal pozitivne ocene uporabnikov IJPP vozovnice. Prikazani so celotni rezultati vprašalnika, ki vsebujejo nekatere pričakovane in nepričakovane odgovore, po katerih so vidni rezultati zadovoljstva uporabnikov IJPP vozovnic. Niso zadovoljni le s samo vozovnico, vendar tudi s kakovostnim prevozom in pomočjo osebja ob izgubi ali kraji vozovnice. Presenetljivi so rezultati tudi zaradi tega, ker je bilo zelo malo negativnih odgovorov na posamezna vprašanja, kar se še, glede na pretekla leta ni naredilo.

Secondary title: Analysis of introduction of the integrated ticketing system - bus operator's view
Secondary abstract: In this thesis we discuss about analysis of the introduction of the integrated ticketing system from the bus operators view. The thesis presents a law on public transport, definition of public transport, summary on historical development of public transport and ticketing system, what is integrated ticketing, pros and cons of integrated ticketing and an example from a foreign country. In the last segment we take a look at analysis of the survey from the users of integrated ticket. Based on the results from the survey, it gave positive feedback about ticketing system. There are full results of the survey, in the thesis, which include some surprising answers, aswell as expected answers. Based on this answers, the happiness of users of integrated ticketing system is shown, not just for the ticket, but also in quality of transportation and helpness of the staff for lost tickets. The results are also remarkable, because the amount of negative results for each question was very low, which hasn't happen in recent years.
