Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni modeli razvoja novega izdelka. Teoretični del obsega definicijo podjetij in njihove delitve po velikosti, povezavo med inovacijami in razvojem novega izdelka, zgodovino modelov razvoja in podrobno opisane teoretične modele, ki jih podjetja uporabljajo danes. Na podlagi podane teorije, sem v nadaljevanju naloge opravil analizo poteka procesa uporabljenih modelov na izbranih primerih in podal njene rezultate.

Secondary abstract:	In the diploma the models of new product development are presented. The theoretical part comprises the definition of a company and the division of the latter by size, the connection between innovation and the development of a new product, the history of models of new product development and a detailed description of theoretical models used by companies today. On the basis of the given theory, I continued the analysis of the process of the models used in selected cases and presented its results.
