Abstract

V diplomskem delu proučujemo upravljalno-vodstveni proces v podjetju Amon, d. o. o., s poudarkom na politiki podjetja in strateškem managementu. V podjetju se ukvarjajo s pridelavo domačih izdelkov, ki jih postrežejo v svoji restavraciji in ponujajo tudi v trgovini. Podjetje uvrščamo med mikro podjetja.
