Povzetek

Za podjetnika, tudi v malem podjetju, je pomembno, da namenja skrb in pozornost razvoju podjetja. Pri tem je lahko uspešen le, če pozna poslovne procese ter se zaveda svojih močnih področij in slabosti, pozna konkurenco in razume potrebe potrošnikov. Vse to lahko doseže le v primeru dobrega planiranja politike podjetja in strateškega menedžmenta. Podjetnik mora ves čas poslovanja spremljati potrebe okolja, predvidevati vplive domačega in tujega trga in se prilagajati trenutnim razmeram. Vse to lahko bistveno podaljša njegov obstoj in poveča njegovo uspešnost na dolgi rok. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili malo podjetje v frizerski dejavnosti, ki je močno občutljivo na spremembe in posledično izpostavljeno večjim nevarnostim, zato je učinkovito planiranje politike podjetja in strateškega menedžmenta ključnega pomena za njegov razvoj, obstoj in rast. Skozi teoretični del smo predstavili vizijo, politiko podjetja, poslanstvo, smotre in temeljne cilje podjetja. Prav tako smo predstavili teoretična izhodišča za strategije in strukture podjetja in tako zaokrožili teorijo, potrebno za planiranje razvoja na ravni politike podjetja in strateškega managementa. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili dejavnost podjetja Frizerstvo X s. p. in njegove značilnosti. Ugotovili smo, da podjetje v okviru izvajanja frizerskih storitev zagotavlja učinkovitost dela pri izvajanju storitev in prodaji proizvodov, kar ob zagotavljanju tržne uspešnosti vodi k maksimiranju dobička. Spoznali smo jasno zastavljeno vizijo podjetja, ki želi zagotavljati kakovostno opravljanje storitve ter nadaljnji razvoj podjetja in zadovoljitev potreb strank. Ugotovili smo strategije, ki jih podjetje Frizerstvo X s. p. uporablja za doseganje zastavljenih ciljev. Predstavili smo še strukture podjetja in planirali razvoj podjetja Frizerstvo X s. p. na ravni politike podjetja: podali smo stališče o vrednotah udeležencev podjetja, nadalje smo prikazali zaznane prednosti in slabosti podjetja in nazadnje še možnosti in nevarnosti za podjetje, ki izhajajo iz razvoja okolja. Na tej osnovi smo pripravili planirano politiko podjetja. Za proučevano podjetje smo zapisali še predlagana vodila o poslanstvu in smotrih podjetja. Diplomsko nalogo smo zaključili s planiranjem razvoja podjetja Frizerstvo X s. p. na ravni strateškega menedžmenta, kjer smo opredelili programsko–tržna področja podjetja, poiskali njegove razvojne možnosti, planirali razvojno uspešnost in vrednostne izide podjetja za obdobje od 1. 1. 2017 do 31. 12. 2019. Presodili smo vpliv razvojnih učinkov na uspešnost podjetja z vidika planiranja produktivnosti, gospodarnosti in donosnosti podjetja ter zapisali razvojne strategije in predstavili program razvoja podjetja Frizerstvo X s. p. za planirano triletno obdobje.

Sekundarni povzetek: The care of and attention to the development of the company is important for an entrepreneur, even in small business. He can success, only if he knows the business processes and is aware of his strengths and weaknesses, knows the competition and understands the needs of consumers. All this can only be achieved with good planning of the enterprise policy and strategic management. The entrepreneur must constantly monitor the needs of the business environment, anticipate the effects of domestic and foreign market and adapt to the current situation. All of this can significantly extend his existence and enhance his performance in the long run. A small company in the hairdressing business highly sensitive to changes and consequently exposed to greater risk, the reason why the effective planning of business policy and strategic management is of key importance for its development, existance and growth, has been presented in the thesis. The vision, enterprise policy, mission, aims and fundamental objectives of the company has been presented in the theoretical part. Furthermore, we presented the theoretical foundations of the strategy and structure of the enterprise and thus rounded off the theory needed for development planning at the level of the enterprise policy and strategic management. The business and characteristics of the sole trader Hairdresser X has been presented in the empirical part. It was found out that the enterprise in the context of carrying out the hairdressing services ensures the effectiveness in the provision of services and sale of products, which, while ensuring market success, leads to the maximization of the profit. We became aware of the clearly defined vision of the enterprise, longing to ensure the provision of quality services and further development of the business and the satisfaction of customers’ needs. We have found out the strategies used by the sole trader Hairdresser X to achieve the objectives set forth. We also presented the enterprise structures and planned development of the sole trader Hairdresser X with a focus on the level of business policy: we gave the standpoint on the values of the participants in the business, we further demonstrated the observed advantages and weaknesses of the enterprise and, finally, opportunities and threats for the enterprise resulting from the development of business environment. On this basis, it has been prepared the planed policy of the enterprise. We have also written down the proposed guidelines on the mission and objectives of the studied enterprise. The thesis was completed by planning the development of the sole trader Hairdresser X at the level of strategic management, where we have identified the program market segments of the enterprise, found its development opportunities, and planned the development effectiveness and value results of the enterprise for the period from 01/1/2017 to 31/12/2019. We estimated the impact of the developmental effects on the performance of the enterprise in terms of planning, productivity, thriftiness and profitability of the enterprise and we wrote down the development strategies and presented the development program of the sole trader Hairdresser X for the planed three-year period.
