Abstract
V današnjem konkurenčnem okolju se pritisk, ki ga čutijo vsa podjetja, da zadržijo svoje stranke (potnike) in pridobijo nove, neprestano veča. Ker zahteve strank seveda tudi postopoma naraščajo, morajo podjetja za ohranitev oziroma povečanje svojih tržnih deležev uskladiti strategije in se preusmeriti k osredotočenosti na stranke in njihove potrebe. Da bi postali konkurenčni in zadovoljili svoje kupce oziroma uporabnike storitev, je popestritev ponudbe ena temeljnih nalog uspešne prodaje.
Za vožnjo z vlakom oz. s katerim koli javnim potniškim prometom, je potrebno imeti vozovnico, katere nakup mora biti čim bolj enostaven. Ugotavljamo, da je trenutni sistem prodaje vozovnic na Slovenskih železnicah potrebno nujno dopolniti z uvedbo sodobne elektronske prodaje vozovnic. Verjamemo namreč, da bi bila elektronska prodaja vozovnic na Slovenskih železnicah zelo pozitivna rešitev, tako za domače potnike kot tudi tujce, ki so takšne prodaje že vajeni.

In today's competitive environment, the pressure that all companies feel to retain their customers (passengers) and gain new ones is constantly increasing. As customers' requirements of course also gradually increase, companies must coordinate strategies to maintain or increase their market shares and focus on focusing on customers and their needs. In order to become competitive and satisfy their customers or users of services, the enrichment of the offer is one of the basic tasks of successful sales.
For traveling by train or by any public passenger transport, it is necessary to have a ticket, the purchase of which should be as simple as possible. We note that the current system of ticket sales on Slovenian Railways needs to be supplemented by the introduction of modern electronic ticket sales. We believe that electronic ticket sales on the Slovenian Railways would be a very positive solution, both for domestic passengers and for foreigners who are already used in such sales. |
