Abstract

Uvod: Sodobni materiali in tehnologije vedno bolj nadomeščajo dentalne zlitine v zobni protetiki tako v laboratoriju kot v ordinaciji. Različni keramični sistemi vse pogosteje predstavljajo material izbora za protetične restavracij. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je na kliničnem primeru prikazati izdelavo keramične prevleke na individualno izdelanem oporniku iz cirkonijeve oksidne keramike. Metode dela: Metode dela vključujejo pregled domače in tuje strokovne literature ter tehnoloških postopkov na področju keramičnih fiksnoprotetičnih restavracij in individualno izdelanih opornikov pri zobnih vsadkih. Rezultati: V diplomskem delu smo s tehnološkimi postopki, strokovnim in teoretičnim gradivom prikazali v zobnem laboratoriju izdelano keramično prevleko na individualno izdelanem oporniku iz cirkonijeve oksidne keramike. Razprava in sklep: Cirkonijeva oksidna keramika v sodobni zobni protetiki kot material za ogrodje keramične prevleke v stranskem področju postaja največkrat izbran material, kadar govorimo o estetskih rešitvah keramičnih restavracij. Oporniki iz cirkonijeve oksidne keramike so bili uporabljeni v vidnem področju, z razvojem CAD/CAM sistemov pa postajajo ena od možnosti tudi v stranskem področju zobnega loka.

Secondary abstract: Introduction: Modern materials and technologies are increasingly supplanting dental alloys in dental prosthetics, both in the laboratory and in the dental practice. Various ceramic systems increasingly present the material of choice for prosthetic restorations. Purpose: The purpose of the diploma work is to demonstrate on the clinical case the production of all-ceramic crown on an individually produced zirconium oxide ceramic abutment. Methods of work: The methods of work include a review of the domestic and foreign professional literature, technological procedures in the field of all-ceramic fixed dental prostheses and individually developed abutments. Results: In the dissertation, we demonstrated laboratory procedures of all-ceramic crown on an individually produced zirconium oxide ceramic abutment with technological, professional and theoretical material. Discussion and conclusion: The use of zirconium oxide ceramics in modern dental prosthetics as a material for the framework of a full-ceramic crown in the lateral area is becoming the most frequently selected material when it comes to aesthetic solutions of all-ceramic restorations. Zirconia oxide ceramics abutments have been used in the visible area, but with the development of CAD / CAM systems, they are becoming one of the possibilities in the lateral area too.
