Povzetek

Uvod: Zaradi videza in dobre funkcionalnosti žvečnega sistema moramo za pacienta izbrati pravi fiksni zobni nadomestek. Zobozdravnik ima veliko različnih možnosti pri izbiri materiala za izdelavo posameznega zoba. Priporočeno zdravljenje je odvisno od različnih dejavnikov, kot so položaj zoba, videz, pacientove želje in finančne zmožnosti. Če pacientu manjka posamezen zob in ne želi brušenja sosednjih zob za namestitev mostičkov, na to mesto namestimo implantat s prevleko. Zobna krona na implantatu se šteje za eno najpreprostejših kliničnih del. Obstajata dva najbolj razširjena načina vstavitve zoba na zobni vsadek, in sicer sta to vijačena prevleka in cementirana prevleka. Zobno prevleko izdelamo kot polnokeramično prevleko, kovinsko-porcelansko prevleko ali monolitno prevleko iz cirkonijevega oksida. Tetragonalni polikristalni stabilizirani cirkonijev oksid (Y-TZP) je visoko trdna keramika, ki se v zobozdravstvu uporablja kot jedro ali ogrodje za fiksne protetične nadomestke in za prevleke. Jedro ali ogrodje iz Y-TZP se lahko izdela z rezkanjem iz bloka s tehnologijo CAD/CAM. Namen: V diplomskem delu želimo predstaviti cirkonijevo oksidno keramiko in laboratorijski postopek izdelave vijačene prevleke na implantni opornik, ki je iz titana, tehnologijo CAD/CAM in slikovno dokumentirati izvedbo dela. Metode dela: Praktični del smo izdelali v laboratoriju z uporabo strokovne literature in po navodilih proizvajalcev. Celoten postopek izdelave smo slikovno dokumentirali. V teoretičnem delu smo raziskali tako tujo kot tudi domačoliteraturo. Uporabili smo ključne besede: vijačena prevleka, cirkonij, CAD/CAM, keramika. Pregledali smo literaturo v angleškem, hrvaškem in slovenskem jeziku, objavljeno med letom 2010 in 2020. Rezultati: Naš primer vključuje laboratorijski postopek izdelave vijačene prevleke iz cirkonijeve oksidne keramike na zobnem vsadku. Uporabili smo računalniško podprto oblikovanje in računalniško podprto izdelavo. Razprava in zaključek: Uporaba tehnologije CAD/CAM za dentalne izdelke ima veliko prednosti pred ročno izdelavo. Prednosti so hitrost, preprosta uporaba in kakvost. Prednost digitalenga zajema podatkov da je hitrejše in preprostejše kot običajne metode. Modeliranje, vlaganje v vložno maso in ulivanje postajajo zgodovina. Tehnologija CAD/CAM je omogočila lažjo in natančnejšo izdelavo vijačene prevleke. Vijačena prevleka na implantatu je za pacienta nesnemljiv izdelek. Glavna prednost vijačene prevleke je obnovljivost. Lepo je imeti možnost preproste odstranitve prevleke z implantata ali ponovne pritrditve vijačene prevleke kadarkoli, ne da bi jo poškodovali.V primeru okrušitve, zloma prevleke, zamenjave vijaka, preverjanja implantata ali čiščenja tkiva se prevleko zlahka odstrani

Sekundarni povzetek: Introduction: Because of aesthetics and good functioning of the chewing system, we must decide on the right fixed dental replacement for the patient. The dentist has many different options when choosing the material to make an individual tooth. The dentist's offer to the patient depends on various factors, such as the position of the tooth, aesthetics, the patient's wishes and financial possibilities. If the patient is missing an individual tooth and does not want to grind the adjacent teeth to install bridges, an implant can be placed in the missing tooth's place. The dental crown on the implant is considered to be one of the simplest clinical practices. There are two most common ways to insert teeth into dental implants, which are the screw retained crown and the cemented crown. The dental crown is made as a full-ceramic crown, a metal-porcelain crown and a crown in a monolithic form of zirconium oxide. Tetragonal polycrystalline stabilized zircon oxide (Y-TZP) is a high-strength ceramic used in dentistry as the core or framework for fixed prosthetic replacements and for crowns. Y-TZP core or frame can be made by milling from block using CAD / CAM technology. Purpose: In the following thesis we wanted to present zirconium oxide ceramics and the laboratory process of making a screw retained implant crown using CAD / CAM technology and to document the execution of the work. Methods: The practical part was made in the laboratory using professional literature and manufacturers' instructions. The entire manufacturing process was pictorially documented. In the theoretical part, we studied both foreign and domestic literature. We used the keywords screw coating, zircon, CAD / CAM, ceramics. We reviewed the literature in English, Croatian and Slovenian in the time frame from 2010 to 2020. Results: Our example involves the laboratory process of making a screw retained crown from zirconium oxide ceramics on a dental implant. We used computer-aided design and computer-aided fabrication. Discussion and conclusion: The use of CAD / CAM technology for dental products has many advantages over manual manufacturing. The advantages are speed, ease of use and quality. Digital data capture has advantages because they are faster and easier than conventional methods. Modeling, investment in investment and casting are becoming history. CAD / CAM technology has made it easier and more accurate to make a screw retained crown. The screw retained implant crown is a non-removable product for the patient. The main advantage of a screw retained crown is reproducibility. Another advantage is the ability to easily remove the crown from the implant or reattach the screw crown at any time without damaging it. In the event of a chip, breakage of the crown, replacement of the screw, inspection of the implant or cleaning of the tissue, the coating is easily removed
