Abstract

Dandanes tehnološke inovacije in nove zahteve kupcev podjetja spodbujajo, da se reševanja izzivov lotevajo na drugačne načine, to pa vse bolj spreminja tudi način dela. Za lažje obvladovanje teh sprememb je lahko v veliko pomoč informacijsko-komunikacijska tehnologija (v nadaljevanju IKT). S to tematiko bo povezana diplomska naloga, v kateri nas zanima, koliko zaposleni pri poštnem podjetju Pošta Slovenije, pri svojem delu uporabljajo IKT in kako so z njo zadovoljni. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo se osredotočili na uporabnost IKT, v drugem delu pa na Pošto Slovenije. Pogledali smo njeno zgodovino, cilje in vizijo, organiziranost ter katere so ključne dejavnosti podjetja. Podrobno smo predstavili tudi aplikacijo UPO Mobile PRO, kot primer IKT, ki je v pomoč delavcu. V zadnjem delu smo še izvedli raziskavo v podjetju, da bi ugotovili stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih z IKT v podjetju ter prikazali naše analizirane rezultate in potrdili ali ovrgli hipoteze.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays, technological innovations and new customer demands are encouraging companies to tackle challenges in different ways, which is is increasingly changing the way of work. Information-communication technology (further abbreviated as ICT) can be of great help in order to better manage these changes. That is a main topic for this diploma thesis, in which we are interested in how many employees of the post company Pošta Slovenije use ICT in their work and how satisfied they are with it. We focused on the usage of ICT in the first part of the diploma and on the Pošta Slovenije in the second. We looked at its history, goals and vision, how it is organized and which are the key activities of the company. We also presented in detail the application UPO Mobile PRO, as an example of ICT that helps the worker. In the last part, we carried out a survey in the company to determine the level of employee satisfaction with ICT, showed our analyzed results and confirm or reject hypotheses.
