Abstract

Na podlagi študija literature je v nalogi predstavljena uporaba strojnega vida v živilski industriji. Kot primer uporabe strojnega vida je bil razvit lasten programski sistem za brezkontaktno kontrolo kakovosti krompirja. Sistem je bil učen na manjši testni bazi fotografij. Sistem v proizvodnem procesu sortira krompir glede velikosti, hkrati pa prepoznava nepravilnosti, kot so mehanske poškodbe, gniloba in podobno. Z razvitim sistemom je mogoče na tri načine kontrolirati kakovost krompirja: preko naložene fotografije, preko naloženega videa ali preko kamere. Za vse načine kontrole krompirja so predstavljeni rezultati testiranja.

Secondary title: Usage of machine vision in production processes of the food industry
Secondary abstract: Based on the study of the literature, the usage of machine vision in the food industry is presented. As an example of usage of machine vision, an own software system has been developed for noncontact quality control of potatoes. System was trained on smaller photography database. System sorts potatoes in the production system based on the size, at the same time it detects irregularities, such as mechanical damage, rot and similar. A quality control of potato can be controlled with developed system on three ways; using uploaded photohpraphy, using uploaded video, or using camera. Results of testing are presented for all three ways of quality control.
