Abstract

V diplomskem delu se posvečamo problematiki staranja prebivalstva in s tem povezanim vedno večjim številom starejših zaposlenih, starih 55 let in več. Z raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli, smo želeli dokazati, da preoblikovanje dela in delovnega mesta omogoča starejšim zaposlenim manj bolečin pri delu, da prerazporejanje starejših zaposlenih na druga delovna mesta omogoča lažje opravljanje dela in da starejši zaposleni podjetju ne predstavljajo bremena, temveč korist zaradi dolgoletnih izkušenj in znanj, ki jih lahko prenašajo na mlajše zaposlene in jih s tem učijo. Pri oblikovanju teoretičnega dela diplomskega dela smo si pomagali z domačo in tujo literaturo, medtem ko smo za oblikovanje raziskovalnega dela uporabili metodo osebnega anketiranja starejših zaposlenih (starih od 55 do 62 let). Raziskavo smo opravili v podjetju Dom-Titan.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, we focus on the problems of aging population and the associated growing number of older employees, aged 55 and over. With the research, we wanted to show that the transformation of work and the workplace allows older employees to have less pain in their work, that the redeployment of older employees to other workplace makes it easier to perform work and that older employees do not represent the burden to the company, but benefit because of long-standing experience and knowledge that they can transfer to younger employees and they can learn from them. For the theoretical part of the thesis, we helped with Slovenian and foreign literature, and for the research work we used the method of personal interviewing older workers (aged 55 to 62). The research was carried out at Dom-Titan.
