Abstract

Kreativnost in inovativnost gresta z roko v roki. Kreativne tehnike in metode so namenjene spodbujanju produciranja idej. Proces inoviranja pa je proces iskanja novih idej, preizkušanja teh idej in njihova realizacija. Če v proces inovativnosti vnesemo kreativne tehnike in metode, lahko pridemo do mnogo različic rešitev, tudi do nenavadnih. Vse kreativne tehnike in metode niso uporabne v vseh fazah inovacijskega procesa, nekatere so primerne za iskanje idej, spet druge za vrednotenje in realizacijo. Podjetja v Sloveniji so inovativna, vendar smo malo manj, kot je povprečje Evropske unije.

Secondary abstract: Creativity and innovativeness are closely connected. Creative techniques and methods are used to promote the production of ideas. The innovation process is a process during which we search for, test and realize new ideas. If we bring creative techniques and methods into the innovation process, we can reach many variants of solutions, even uncommon solutions. All creative techniques and methods are not usable in all stages of the innovation process. Some are suitable when we search for ideas, others are suitable when we evaluate and realize them. Companies in Slovenia are innovative, but a little less than the average of the European Union.
