Abstract
Proces vključevanja v družbo je zelo pomemben proces v življenju otroka priseljenca. Uspešnost vključevanja pomembno vpliva na nadaljnje počutje otroka priseljenca in njegov razvoj v novem okolju. Zavedati se moramo morebitnih težav, s katerimi se soočajo otroci priseljenci, njihovi starši in strokovni delavci v procesu vključevanja otrok, ki prihajajo iz drugačnega kulturnega okolja. V tem obdobju je ena izrazitejših težav jezik, prav tako pa vzgojitelji nimajo dovolj didaktičnih gradiv za delo z otroki priseljenci, v našem primeru z albansko govorečimi otroki. Zato smo v okviru praktičnega dela diplomskega dela razvili dvojezično didaktično gradivo in dvojezična obvestila za starše, in sicer v slovenskem in albanskem jeziku. Kakovost pripravljenega gradiva smo evalvirali tako, da smo gradivo dali vzgojiteljem v uporabo in oceno. Ocene pripravljenega gradiva pričajo o kakovostnem, uporabnem in primernem gradivu tako za predšolske otroke kot tudi za starše albansko govorečih otrok in vse strokovne delavce, ki sodelujejo v procesu vključevanja otroka priseljenca. Diplomsko delo tako na pomemben način prispeva k večjemu naboru didaktičnih gradiv pri vzgoji in izobraževanju albansko govorečih otrok v Sloveniji in pri delu strokovnih delavcev v vrtcih z albansko govorečimi starši.

The process of integration is of vital importance in the life of an immigrant child. The success of integration has a significant influence on the immigrant child's well-being and their further development in the new environment. However, we have to be aware of the possible problems, which may be faced by immigrant children, their parents and professional workers who take part in the process of integrating children from different cultural backgrounds. During this period, one of the major issues is the language, and preschool teachers often do not have enough didactic materials to work with immigrant children, in this instance Albanian-speaking ones. In the practical part of this thesis, we developed bilingual didactic materials and bilingual teacher-parent letters, in both the Slovene and Albanian languages. The quality of the material was assessed with the help of preschool teachers, who tested it for practical use and evaluation. Their feedback shows that the materials are of good quality, useful and appropriate for preschool children, the parents of Albanian-speaking children and all professional workers who take part in the immigrant children's integration process. This thesis thus contributes to a wider choice of didactic materials for the education of Albanian-speaking children in the Slovene environment and for the needs of professional workers in preschool education who interact with Albanian-speaking parents. |
