Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljena pomen in organizacija kadrov v podjetju glede na velikost podjetja, aktivnosti, ki se odvijajo v kadrovskih oddelkih, in nosilce kadrovskih odločitev. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti pomembnost kadrovskega oddelka kot strateškega in izredno pomembnega za konkurenčnost podjetja. Ker se je v zadnjih letih kadrovska funkcija močno razvila, bodo na kratko predstavljeni tudi kronološki razvoj in teorije, ki so veljale za določeno obdobje. Predvsem pa bo poudarek na razliki v pomenu kadrovske funkcije v velikih ali malih podjetjih

The diploma thesis presents the importance and organization of human resources in an enterprise with regard to the size of the enterprise, the activities taking place in human resources departments, and the human resources decision makers. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to show the strategic importance of the human resources department and its great importance for the enterprise's competitiveness. In recent years, the human resources function has greatly evolved. For that reason, the thesis will briefly outline its chronological development and the theories which were adhered to in specific periods. The thesis will focus, above all, on the difference in the importance of the human resources function in large versus small enterprises. |
